RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the products you bought and request a refund. Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, which is stated on the shipping document of {NAME_COURIER}. • The shipping costs of the returned product are paid by the customer. In case of wrong, damaged or generally defective products, shipping costs are borne by the store.

CHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, in terms of size, color, design you ordered, the products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and can be replaced immediately. Please follow the instructions below for the product return process.

In order the return of the products be accepted you must:
• the return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt
• the product should not been used
• be packaged in its original packaging and be accompanied by all its labels
• the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg Retail Order, Order Form, etc.)

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You can cancel your order before completing the online process.
The cancellation of an order that has been invoiced, packaged and delivered to the courier company by us is not accepted.
